Cobra Commander & Iron Man sharing armor?

After looking at the new Iron Man armor, it looks really similar to the Sigma 6 Cobra Commander

Thoughts?

With some sculpting and mods a Ninja BAT head on that body would be a nice S6 custom Iron Man.

That's kinda spooky.

A 3 3/4" version of that Iron Man would be a good base for a Sigma 6 Cobra Commander
