Word has come in that the San Diego ComicCon Exclusive will be debuted on GIJoe.Com today at around 3:30pm.

Keep your eyes peeled.

Some basic facts about this year's SDCC Exclusive:

- They will be making more than they did last year of the SDCC Destro
- Yes, there will be a variant
- Yes, there will be some available through HasbroToyShop.com for folks who cannot make the show
- It comes in a protective case
- There will be a second exclusive revealed within the next week at GIJoeClub.com.

It's up. Have to say, not what I expected, but pretty cool. It would never fly at retail, so as an exclusive, it does make sense. The card art almost makes it worth tracking down. This is the first really innovative thing we've seen in the Anniversary sculpts.

Wow, totally unexpected. Of the entire GI Joe universe, I'm really shocked this is the one Hasbro chose. Neat figure, but more for the custom potential than the actual figure. Suited Crimson twins here I come.

The next question is, what else will this body be used for and when will we see it? I really need one for a non-Joe custom I have planned, but not at exclusive prices.

I thought it was a joke at first. The head looks off. I'll have to see some other pics.

If I wasn't 99.98% sure that we will see this mold again in the near future, at more of a "retail" price, I'd be really tempted to get a few for Tomax and Xamot, and some civillian CG's, amongst other ideas.

Definitely like it a lot better than the PDD from last year.

Thank you for the heads up. If the price is right I may try to pick up a few as well. While I'm sure we'll see the mold again (hopefully) there is no guarantee it will be in black like that one (so for the right price laziness will win).
