Cobra, despite its continuing loses to the G.I. Joe team, continues to grow stronger every day.  Cobra Commander is able convince a seemingly endless amount of power hungry, greedy, or otherwise disturbed individuals into joining his forces, and Cobra has had quite a few years to recruit before the Joe Team had been reactivated.....

Within in the ranks of this festering army of darkness, individuals regularly prove themselves on the battlefield and in a variety of Cobra's specialized legions. Recently, a collection of the best of the best were selected to form Cobra's elite NIGHTMARES.
