Yeah, they were the same price as wave one. Still, worth the extra buck over Marshall's for Tgin' Tzu.

I don't really think Dollar General or Marshall's/TJ Maxx set their prices based on the other chain, so I would definitely expect DG to continue to sell them for $6 each.

My DG had another set of wave 1. I got another black Cobra trooper. Every time I go there they have something for me.
I can go back if anyone wants some of the others(no more Cobra troopers).
I only need a gray Duke from wave 2.

Still nothing here. Same few Cobra Commanders from the first wave sitting there. A crap load of those Combat Heroes sitting on the shelf, above the shelf, by the register, and in over stock along the wall. That was at 3 stores. Which tells me that instead of getting the other figures, they keep sending these things.

So far, I'm just seeing the regular wave as well at Dollar General, and nothing so far at TJ Maxx.

I hit 2 DG's on my way home from working night shift. 3 wave 1 cobra commanders at the first stop and 2 of the $3 Aces from the previous incarnation with the explosion background. I bought them just to seem like I didn't waste my time.

Don't be too jealous. Stopping in at these stores to find nothing takes up a lot of time. Its really hit or miss. Some DGs never have anything, some have a few here and there. Their restocking seems random. And Marshalls and TJMax only get overstock, so again, hit or miss depending on your geographic location. I have found the full wave 1 DG getting a couple here and there and now 2 of the wave 2 figures, but it has taken a lot of time and patience and gasoline.

Oh I know, that is frustrating too. But not even having the option to buy something just seems like a dumb move overall for a company that supposedly wants me to buy their stuff.

I mean in this day and age distribution problems should not be an issue Hasbro having a direct to consumer service in which they sold all of their items at retail price would be a huge boon to the adults that buy toys world. but hey forced scarcity is apparently the thing to do these days.

I agree about the distribution. I'd gladly pay $6 plus shipping for the DG figures to avoid spending so much time and gas to find them.
