 Post subject: Help with a codename survey if you have some time...

I'm trying to work on a simple X-Com 2 mod to use all of the classic codenames from 82-94. You don't have to be familiar with the game or an expert on each Joe, just line up each codename with what Soldier Class you think it best fits. Either just by the sound/feel of it, or by character.

The survey actually has all the codenames from 82-94 listed, you just have to click which class you think fits best for each name.

not sure i'm qualified ,but I had time so I took the survey. I think I hit ranger most and psi the least!!

Cool! Not surprised some other people are working on similar ideas. Honestly, the engine would make an amazing GI Joe full scale mod.

What I'm doing is a little different from those mods though, I believe. Looks like those are making characters in the in game character creator and packaging them together. I'm trying to learn a little but more about editing the code/.ini files so your soldiers can randomly be assigned nicknames from GI Joe based on their class and gender (most names will be available to either men or women, though ones like Scarlett and Lady Jaye will on show up on women).
