I rember building this model when I a was chap. Alwasys thought it was real like the F-19, Imo it looks way better than the RAH-66 Commanche.

Would link to the site but I have no idea wear I got the pic from.

Its a testors model of a concept craft. The pic is from http://fantastic-plastic.com/1980s_concept_air.htm . It was never made or flown. Though another person claims they are some black choppers that were reported flying around Groom Lake area in another link.
