Didn't see these posted yet

I'm happy with everything except Serpentor. When they announced that they would be releasing a new Air Chariot w/ Serpy, I really hoped they'd go for the traditional v1 look. Then they showed the 25th version rereleased in a darker copper paint scheme at Toy Fair, which, though not a v1 Serpy, still looked pretty cool and better than the first 25th Serpentor. Now it seems we're getting pretty much the exact same Serpentor we did back in wave 3, but with LESS paint aps and no cape. Really, the figure looks like an unpainted prototype. Great job whizzing that one down your legs, Hasbro.

The only one I'm drooling over is the Vamp. The original is awesome but was cramped even for 82-84 figures to sit in. Making it compatiable for 25th mean that a later year ARAh will fit no problem with some gear on.

More importantly are the nice touches they've added. Clear plastic headlights instead of stickers. Painted headlights on the winch bar. While it is hard to tell 100% I'd swear the shovel is a seperate piece on the hood. The topper is that this Clutch looks fantastic. Bad Duke arms aside, he's probably the one figure I'm the most excited about.

Doesn't Breaker know it's unsafe to ride without a helmet? I like them all. I'll definitely be buying at least two of the pack that has the Trouble Bubble/Flight Pod. Never had one as a kid so I'll make up for it now!

HISS: I want those blue HISS Drivers so bad I can taste it! As a result I'll be army building HISS tanks AGAIN. Please Hasbro give us a break!

RAM/Trouble Bubble: I love this pack! This is one that will be army-built in quantities equal to however many I can find! My only nitpick is that I HATE the Viper arms on Tele-Viper. I really wish they'd found some different lower arms for him :(

Air Chariot/Armadillo: If I had to call any one of these a loser, this would be the one. The new Air Chariot is AWESOME! Unfortunately it's saddled with a bad repaint of Serpentor, and the horrible Armadillo. Steeler is OK, but not great.

VAMP: Unlike a lot of people, I'm not really a VAMP fan. Clutch is really nice though, and in all honesty I'll probably buy a couple extras to repaint black. Can't WAIT to see a Stinger based off of this mold though!

Overall I'm really pleased with these.

I'll probably pass on the HISS - I don't like v1, and the blue guy does nothing for me (got a red one that I'm happy with and that's enough.)

Bubble/RAM --- I could give a rat's ass about the figs, but I like the vehicles. Don't know if I'll be getting multiples, though - depends on how nice the RAM is in-hand (I've already got 3 RAMs) and I'll only get the TB for nostalgia's sake - since it's a lame design.

Chariot/Armadillo -- I used to really dig the Armadillo as a kid, but now it's pretty weak. Steeler looks pretty good - I like the head mold, but I'm not going to get multiples just to get a new head (especially when we're likely to see it somewhere else down the line.) The Chariot rocks, but if my original wasn't so jacked up, I'd likely pass on this set. As is, I'll get one.

VAMP -- this thing better be bigger than the original - at least in the driver's seat. If a 25A fig looks right sitting in it, I may get multiples, since I loved the VAMP as a kid despite having to cram my ARAH figs in behind the wheel. I still like my custom Clutch better, though ;)

This is funny to me, because the arms don't bug me at all. I just wish they'd given him different lower legs.

The only one of the Joe figs I have a use for at this point is Clutch. Breaker still annoys me with that melon head and Steeler just doesn't say "Steeler" to me at all (head should make decent fodder, though).

I'll still end up with multiple Trouble Bubbles and RAMs (despite my issues with the figures).

Not exactly sure how I'll use the blue HISS driver, though.

RAM/Trouble Bubble - I don't need more than one set of these. One Tele-viper is plenty for me and Breaker is just more fodder. Rock 'n' Roll will look nice riding the RAM though and I'm really excited to get it for him. The RAM and RnR were among my very first Joes.

HISS - Blue Hiss Driver will get dumped in the Target HISS and the single card driver will get this one. And I just need one of these too.

Armadillo/Air Chariot - Serpentor is a great big pile of meh. Steeler looks good enough and I like the new lower legs and webgear. He needs his big visor jobber though. And a real tank. Wonder how he'd look in one of those Elite Force Abrams tanks. (those were Abrams right?) The Air Chariot will be a nice one to have since I lost my original one and the new hinged snake-head jaw is pretty cool. Gotta get some flames or something to shoot out his mouth. The Armadillo... more meh but nice to have.

VAMP - Now this is the one I've been wanting. The new tooling of the VAMP and Clutch with a new head just makes me weep with joy. I'd love to have a few of these for the Joe motor pool. Need to make an Arctic VAMP for certain.

All in all, for a first offering these aren't too bad. The repainted figures are to be expected considering the new tooling costs that went into the vehicles. And for around $15 a pop I am not complaining at all.

Sweet! I like almost all of it. I think it is all great. Serpentor, errrrrr. I have all these vehs except the RAM/TB two pack on pre order, that one sold out too quickly.

I love those HISS Commanders, they look badass!!

With everyone buying multiples, its going to be crazy to see all those Breakers and Serpentors go to the chop block.

Lets see the hose on the Vamps gun, the removeable shovel, the bed pack or whatever that is between the gun and the shovel, basically a Vamp 1 and 2 combo hood of sorts, Serpentors Chariots' mouth opens and closes. :shifty:
