I know I'm late to the party on converting the Combat Cruiser to a Stinger, but it just took me a long time to get around to it. I made the Stinger driver some time ago and he now, finally, has a ride. I made multiple changes to make it more Stinger like. This included converting a vintage missile rack to fit in the existing turret, as well as adding armor to the front using styrene and the armor from the ROC Steel Crusher. The metal grating in the windows is made from the hangers that Hanes socks come on. The wheels were cut axel and all from a Bruder Jeep and made to fit. The 50 cal gun on top is a cast from a gentlemen on OG13 who goes by the name Spectre. Drones were added to the back and made to be removable to add play value. I'm very happy with the way it turned out. Let me know what you think. Criticisms welcome.

That's awesome. The craftsmanship here is so good, you could call it Tinkerbell on Cobra Island Stinger and I wouldn't even blink

Yup, everything is awesome here. Gatling gun in the drone, awesome. Armor plated windshield, awesome. Screen mesh on the openings, awesome. Dual AKs on the hood, awesome. Attachable drones, awesome.

The mini vehicles are a callback to when I would see a vehicle on shelves and decide whether or not to take it home. Your custom is so good my inner child is already figuring out how to play with this toy.

This is spectacular! This was one of my favorite originals and the update does not disappoint. My only change to be perfect for me is the drone color and that would be either a darker gray or an urban camo maybe.

I really like the look of the vintage missile rack on this. And putting the drones on the back is a really nice touch. For me personally I'd add a little more black (maybe the support between the doors) and make the armor on the windshield a solid piece rather than louvered but like I said that's just me. I think it all makes for a great custom. I have a Ninja Vamp that I've been holding to make a Stinger and I'll be incorporating some of your ideas into mine.

Eggsackly, I like the idea of using the crushers front window louvers and the netting so some smart guy cant throw a stink bomb in the cabin, however, I thing I noticed, can the tracked drone be flipped to where the barrel is pointing up, debris and departure angle s will screw it all to hell, the barel, not criticizing, just handi g over experience inoff road and driving through debris.. next project, get a bruder defender, the green one. With the cool roof rack, now a defender would make a killer truck too...
