Those are the TRU exclusive packs.

Great deal too at only $20. The Joe one has more of interest than the Cobra IMHO, but the Cobra one is pretty decent. The Duke is cool, and since the MARS Trooper 3pack only showed up at the hideously overpriced Mall of America toystore, it was nice to be able to get a few of those guys.

at BBTS sure, but all the TRUs here have a bunch.

Yeah my TRU had at least a half dozen (mixed) when I was there yesterday.
