she has the same parts besides the hood that I didn't use on my figure before but I named her a different character but I had to go back and paint my SE's mask to be white like yours since it looks so much better

Damn.

Here I was more than comfortable collecting just the two scales, and stuff like this and Chief's customs keep making me consider the sculpt, the scale, and the mythos again.

You're wearing me down Ray, you're wearing me down. ;-)

I love this figure the only i would add is an "UA" Under Armour logo so she has on cold gear . do the legs and glove parts fit into the Scarlett body , or did you drill / glue something ? If i can find enough of the SW figure i might make a snow chick army .

its http://www.rebelscum.com/TLC12Padme.asp that one. The only one I have is the ambush on Ilum figure and she don't have the articulated elbows. :( Seriously thought of stealing this and using the comic pk Scarlett fig for it. :( oh well.

The arms and lower legs work pretty well with the Scarlett body, but I did trim the pegs on the shoulders a bit to mahe them fit the recesses in the figure's sockets and similarly the pegs at the to of the knees to fit her thighs.

I also shaved away a bit of the plastic around the inside of the recesses in her lower torso where the legs attach, mostly to prevent accidental damage to the paint on the thighs (the coat is pretty darned chip proof, but nothing can stand up to repeated friction from the kind of tightness Scarlett has in her crotch sockets).

Thanks again, all, for the very nice comments. I'm glad this figure went over so well.

Original idea, very interesting. I like the custom as a whole. The hood is just baffling me, I can't seem to finger what it is. Maybe it is too straight on the sides, or the fact that when it is removed there is nothing there to say she has one. Is it supposed to be a stand alone hood, one that doesn't need a jacket, or is it supposed to part of her uniform.

As far as the spandex idea for the artic, perhaps she is wearing a white diver's suit. The neoprene in the suit would keep her warm.

The white paint is flawless, well done.
