Well I have an Artic Hiss and now I want an Artic Stinger. I went with a base of the funskool Supercops version for the custom. I did it because I thinked the idea of keeping it blue/white and black like the Mail in Snow serpernt trooper in 1993 .

http://www.yojoe.com/action/93/snowserpent3.shtml

I intended to put 1998 ratrler 4WD stickers on it. But I am having trouble trying to figure out what to do with the back.

Does it get a missle launcher?
Communications satellite (radar dish) and computer?
Does it need a rack to hold ski & poles?
Does it need to hold a artic (white) Kayak like Tundra Stalker?

currently it has a red plastic peice covering the spot to insert a stinger launcher.I want my Hiss to carry an articAsp and this vehicle to serve as my polar officers again the 1993 snow serpents mail in versions.

This is my first custom and I dont think I can do anything to complex, so I wanted to keep it basic.

Need some ideas...

If you have done one could you send me a picture?

p.s. the top and the bottom are not together thats why it may look funny in the picture.

There's one in the Gallery. There might be others as well, but only this one under 'Arctic Stinger" that I saw.

I like the idea of making it a CO's vehicle. They'd definitely need comms gear, but you could largely get away with just having a big whippy antenna to show that. I also like the idea of the removeable ski eqmt, but I'd have that on the sides rather than the back. It'd be quicker and easier to get to, esp if they're towing something.

Well the great thing about this mold is that it has 4 antennae holes one on each side of the hood (you can see them theres like a gold ring )and two on the blue role bar.

Here are two threads that might offer some ideas:

You're kinda stuck, based on your base vehicle choice. You won't be able to add a Stinger foot-plate or grab bar because they don't connect to the Vamp shell.

I think adding a Stinger missile rack, and the armor for a Stinger will help define your vehicle as a Stinger...

I always thought that particular funskool vamp went for more money than a stinger. Lots of Stinger shells you can get on ebay for cheap. Or do what Suburbanator did and use a Snow Cat missile launcher though not any cheaper....viewtopic.php?f=14&t=25241
