I remember seeing a video from SDCC with Todd McFarlane, the older Halo figures aren't the same scale as the new Reach figures. The Reach figures are actually a bigger scale. That's why Jorge looks huge compared to the Master Chief. He's already a bigger character, but if you had a properly scaled Chief, then it wouldn't look as bad.

I hate that they upscaled the line. Haven't seen a 'Hog yet, but I did pick up a Ghost for $15 at TRU.

Yeah that is kinda odd that they upscaled the line...especially after so many years of the previous figures being made in one scale.

Time to buy 200 different variations of Master chief & multiplayer figures again!

Don't like that they upscaled the line & personally it's already working against them. Cancelled all my orders for the multiplayer stuff & only plan to get Noble Team & maybe one of each enemy. I'll get one Ghost & Hog as opposed to the minimum of two I planned. So go ahead Todd, mess with what works, my money's spent on better things.

I also don't like the new scale. I have only purchased the available Noble team and one green HAZOP. I'm not buying any Elites or Grunts. I actually hate how the Reach Elite looks. The H3 ones are much more detailed.

I hit Target and TRU at lunch today. No luck on the Warthog, but I was able to snag a Ghost from TRU.

For those who want a Joe sized Warthog and think the McFarlane one is too big, I saw a bigger RC one at Toys R Us yesterday. It's wheels are kinda big, but it looks to be a lot better scale with the Joes than the tiny RC one and the HUGE McFarlane one.

Looks like they also have a smaller Rocket Hog coming out. It would be cool if they brought out a larger Rocket Hog too.

Saw the Warthog at Walmart today (the one on Benner Pike in State College, if anyone in the area is looking) but passed. It's larger than I thought, and pretty cool in person...but I couldn't justify the $30 since I'm going to the movies Sunday. How sad is that?

If I had a way to get an extra wheel without buying an extra Warthog, I'd convert one to a civvy Hog as seen in Halo 2.
