Definitely debut that at the Bethesda site, in their Fallout forum. They love these kind of things.

Awesome.

i'm gonna say this, and you're not gonna wanna hear it ... but I recommend you take this setup outside, throw a shovel full of sand on it, then hit it with a leaf blower... maybe even a little black dirt after that ...

it looks great, you have all the awesome props & customs in place .... but it just looks too clean ...

my opinion -

I especially love the long dead corpse falling out of the car.

Damn you! Once you said that I just couldn't help but think the same thing. I've started to do some darker textures in the sand and add some color here and there.

D'oh! It took me forever to figure out what the picture on the billboard was

The only thing I would have to nitpick about is; its too clean. 55-57 Thunderbirds are pretty damn rare, looks kinda out of place. The rust isn't dark enough, and the fabric on the seats would be long gone, and the door would be sagging. But like I said, I'm being nitpicky ;-)

It looks amazing, what size is it? I think I might check this game out.

Ah- here's my fanwank answer. Fallout takes place in an alternate future. That is NOT a Thunderbird it is a model of car similar to the Thunderbird but made by the Chrysalis motor company some hundred years after the Thunderbird would have been made. The materials it is constructed out of although seemingly familiar are more hardy and rust resistant.

The diorama is about 2 feet by 1 foot. I might build an expansion for it since there's more stuff I'd like to add to the scene.
Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas are great games--- a little buggy but worth it.
