While waiting for pieces and ideas to fall into place so I can finish Bats and Supes, I decided to push forward with two other members of my Justice League in MU style.

First up is Green Lantern, who's been a WIP for a LONG time:

Hals pretty good. Maybe smaller feet but still a fine custom as is.

I've been piecing together my definitive Hawkman for a while now. The Submariner certainly works for the upper body. Whose thighs did you use?

It's weird how much I'm enjoying putting these characters together (having always been more a Marvel guy).

The parts for these are as follows:

Green Lantern:
Head = Bruce Wayne from Dark Knight line with piece of Microman Batman head for the mask
Whole body = black costume Spidey from Secret Wars 2-pack
Hands = Red Skull comic version from Captain America movie line
Feet = Serpentor from the 25th Air Chariot vs. Armadillo pack

Hawkman:
Head, wings, harness and lower legs = Hawkman from DCIH Public Enemies multi pack
Torso and arms = Sub Mariner from latest MU wave
Upper legs and knees = Thunderball from MU Secret Wars 2-pack
Mace = Chap Mei spiked ball on a G.I. Joe tru-staff segment

Now that I look at Hal again, I may try to get rid of those feet. They do look a little on the big side.

And, actually, the feet are my issue with Hawkman, too. Right now he's got no ankle articulation and I'd like to remedy that.

Yeah, those feet look great but my plan was to give them ankle articulation too. So you figure it out and I'll just copy you.

Both are great looking and I'm particularly loving Hawkman.As for GL I would probably switch out the head with either a GL movie head repainted or the DCIH head that came with the movie First Flight and the Justice League box set.But being as though the former is easier to find and on the cheap now at most retail chains,I would look into a Reynolds Head.

These I'd buy in a sec!!

That is what DCIH Hawkman should have been . That is a phenomenal representation.

IF GL looked like that with smaller feet from Mattel I'd also buy that at retail....
