You know my favorite part of XXX: State of the Union? The Hiss Tanks.

I have to say, this looks immensely better than the last movie -- not that this is a difficult accomplishment.

I'm having a little trouble getting around The Rock as Roadblock. I just see him as The Rock, even if he's well suited to the role.

Cobra Commander's look is certainly improved.

Did I see the WHALE hovercraft? Talk about something I'd like to see reissued!

Honestly, I'm impressed by the ninja action. Not only might we get a new Jinx, but we might get new Red Ninjas!

I've been concerned that if the second movie was a stinker, it could mean the end of G.I. Joe - period. I am not quite as concerned about that now. I think this movie might do well.

Its supposedly the WATER MOCCASIN as stated by ZombieGuide from being on the set and others. And was also mentioned a few other pages. ;)
Plus it was LOADED with Cobra's. As Zombieguide said ..

Am not going to judge this movie based on the trailer. Am happy to see some of the sneak peeks which make me definitely look forward to seeing it.

I really enjoyed some of the clips. Got to admit seeing SE being treated like Hannibal Lecter was a nice touch. LOL.

Am hopeful they have a preview screening at the con.

I think that was supposed to be Cobra Commander being brought before the President...Zartan I mean... Someone on another board thought it was CC on the water moccasin next to SE but its CC.

on the water mocassin, its cc, ss and several red ninjas (Seated), 3 cobra troopers.

Even my girlfriend who doesn't really care about GI Joe just told me: " It looks better than the first one." after seeing the trailer.

Finally showed this to my kids (been out of town). I think my son summed it up with a in-a-trace "Wooooooaaaahhhhhh". Some serious toy potential there - cool vehicles, high proportion of female characters, everyone's not wearing black.

I just hope Hasbro doesn't severly under size whatever they make. I also hope they don't hold back on what they make. No mini-vehicles that represent the movie stuff and no ignoring the movie vehicles and designing something else entirely then call it the name of something it's not. There is a lot of potential there.

I think with this movie, G.I.Joe could be taken to new heights. If it turns out to be as good as the trailer looks, it'll be big with The Rock's presence. I may or may not like him as Roadblock (I'll wait and see) but I think it'll help the franchise a lot. It'll be interesting to see how things sit this time next year. Either way I'm sitting good already with the figures that have come out in the last 4 waves.

You know what I like the mot about the trailer right now. All the talk is about Hasbro's toys from the movie. No one is doubting the awesomeness of the movie at this point.

I hope they have less flashbacks. Well....I didn't mind the ninja flashbacks. Nor the one explaining Commander's staying in the shelter.

Yeah I just don't understand why they didn't go this route on the first one. All around it looks like an awesome movie that both fans and casual movie goers will like. BUT because of that first one, they may have lost a lot of casual movie goers that didn't like the first one. I guess they got too caught up in the details and origins of Cobra.

This time, the movie finally has the star power to bring even more casual movie goers.
Even if you tell me that Tatum had a huge little girls fandom, they didn't go see Rise of Cobra.

Writer's strike. Everyone I knew of enjoyed the movie, it seemed as though the people who had the real problem with it were not the casual fans.
