Someone on Youtube did a better 25th Anniversary Cutter:

He found a nice Joe-scale cap from a line of baseball figures called RePlays. Might be worth looking into.

I know Walmart carries the McFarlane Joe scale baseball figures for around $6, I think TRU is around 9.

The recent Star Wars Vintage line had a Rebel Trooper that came with a pretty slick removable ball cap.

This one is pretty excellent in my opinion. Removable caps can look a bit oversized, but I think it works. Used it here - http://www.joecustoms.com/customs/images/final/figure/2013/01/1356677752unbreakablejacketjc.jpg

My son got one of those from Santa and lost the cap. Toys are wasted on the young!

Thanks everyone. Might try Broken Arrow.

TofuJesse has a cast of that hat. I'd try him before I would Broken Arrow.

Let us know if you get it... I have friends who are still waiting on orders from Tofujesse.

Tofujesse apparently was ill recently. Up until then, he'd developed a good rep for timely service. I had no problems with any of the orders I've placed from him, including the ball cap. Even Brokenarrow is good quality, provided you understand his lead times. Slayer is the only one I had a problem with, when Dave got sick, and closed everything down without filling the Female Eel order. Arrggh I was waiting for that one!

Considering what Dave has been going through, I'm more lenient towards him. I've got an order with him that I haven't gotten yet either but considering the circumstances, it doesn't much matter to me if I get it or not. As for Jesse, I am also waiting on an order from him and while I understand that he's been ill as well and am fine with that, now that he's better I expect to get my order. So as I wait for it I check in often to see what's up with it and while it is frustrating to be waiting this long, he at least has been communicative about it which eases my concerns more. That's more than I can say for Alyosha/Broken Arrow, who I am waiting on a couple "backordered" pieces from at this point (IMO he should be seeing that EVERY outstanding order gets sent out COMPLETE before even thinking of taking new orders if he's that far behind). Jesse has a good track record. I'm not ready to give up hope and right him off yet.

Oh yeah, Dave gets a total pass. I was just bummed the last order never made it, and out of my dealing with all three, unfortunately that was the only order I didn't get. Usually If he was late, he'd add something extra and stuff like that. I even let him borrow a good chunk of my collection, so he could cast copies, but then he went with original stuff instead.
