Got mine today ( one left at TRU in Newington Ct.). One quick observation/ question..... mine came with 2 helmets, 2 headsets and 2 rifles. Am I lucky or did I miss this being talked about?

I finally got one Friday. It just had 1 of each. Thinking about casting the headset though.

I still wonder if the base of one of these would be a good start for a Howler.

It should have 2 headsets from my understanding. The helmet and gun are only one per I believe.

I think the ultimate Road Blocks machine gun does.

I like it as stowage for the passengers backpacks.

Hey marylanders, tru on reisterstown road in owings mills has several eaglehawks in stock. I just grabbed one. Too pricey to get two since i have a complete vintage already. Hope they go on sale someday.

Got mine in Frederick too. Only had the chance to mess with the figure so far.

I am shocked at the size of the box.

I passed on it yesterday...feel like I might regret that.

Same here. I never had a Tomahawk as a kid, but was starting to get a little excited about the pics and the buzz. My TRU had multiples on the shelf yesterday, but when I saw the dainty lil' box is came in, and felt how light it was, I had serious pause about spending that kind of dough on it.

tell me how wrong I am and I'll go back - though I almost spent more time contemplating the Chap Mei Animal Planet larger version of it for half the price...

(and my $40 did go towards a Starkiller/Darth Phobus 5 pack instead)

I say get one fellas. There is no guarantee they will hit Marshalls or be clearanced. I bought one and am hoping they get lowered to $30 or even $20 someday. If so, I will buy more to customize. I have a couple ideas I'm excited to do with it, but so many projects ahead in the line that I think I'm gonna wait and see.

Ever since the Sky Striker, Hasbro has been doing wonders in making these bigger vehicles take up less shelf space. The body of the Tomahawk goes from tail rotor in on corner to the nose diagonally across to the other corner. The blades, landing gear and figure are actually packed inside the body while the wings and guns are packed tightly in the remaining corners. It is actually impressive how they crammed that much vehicle in such a small feeling box.

On the other hand I picked up a Star Wars Dewback in 3D packaging on clearance at walmart. In hand it feel like a Schliech toy that shouldn't need any additional packaging and yet the package is twice as big as the toy itself.

Yeah I think with the Dewback, they wanted to try and make people feel they were getting more than they actually were. You don't even get a figure and it has a tag higher than the recent release that did come with a figure.

But the Eaglehawk is packed in pretty good. It's deceptive how it ends up coming out when you put it together. No way would it fit back in if you assembled it. Back in the day, it came with the full body together. I'd kind of liked the tail rotor section to have been separate back then. It would have made for some bonus battle damage fun.
