yeah, I can't imagine any reason why they wouldn't. The film was a success, and despite the peg warmers that are still in my Wal-Mart, I have high hopes for these figures. I'm looking forward to stocking up on the Crimson Guard troopers. The Duke figure is awesome as well. Im a Duke fan (I can hear the boos now), but this figure is a great army builder.

Yeah, the figures have been made. these aren't like the "unproduced" POC Zartans, Dukes and Storm Shadows which I don't think were even seen carded in the wild.
Still I pre-ordered from Entertainment Earth because they had free shipping.

I think people are being understandably jumpy in light of how previous Joe assortments have fared, ever since the last movie, really, and what the delayed release of this movie meant for the toy line. And I'll also admit that the toy departments in general at Walmart and Target have been profoundly disappointing lately, which does give me reason for concern about any number of toy lines, not just G.I. Joe. Hopefully, our jumpiness on this occasion will prove unwarranted.

I am not worried about wave 3.5 or whatever its called. I preordered what I want with BBTS and since they are selling it ahead of time, I'm confident its going to happen in stores as well. Not sure about the final wave

Yeah, I would be a lot more concerned about Wave 4, just giving how long Hasbro waited to okay production of Wave 3.5. Especially in light of Target is already clearancing Joes out, and half the Walmarts don't seem to have Joes at all. Maybe half the K-Marts, and TRU seems to be it, and they're all packed with Wave 1 restock.
