I'm happy with the way the part came together. Except for the webgear that I'm going to need to cut down and glue because it keeps shifting. And the lack of sleeve cuffs. What I don't like about this custom is that I had to 100% paint it. I avoid painting at all costs, but it couldn't be helped with this figure. I've already lost paint in all the joints even after taking all the precautions, stripping factory sealer, sanding down, using good paints, and sealing. Doing this custom reminded me why I had stopped doing customs for several years.

Recipe:
Head- Resolute Scarlett
Body- Resolute Scarlett
Arms- ROC Scarlett
Legs- DVD pack Lady Jaye
Harness- DG Duke
Belt- DG Duke
Rifle- 3D print

This is fabulous. That webgear works great on that torso. I'd never have guessed. This is just a case of the perfect parts being chosen. Well done!

It's no secret that the Deep Six figure is next to worthless. I wanted a useable Deep Six and had planned on using the Sunbow design. However I recently discovered the Marvel design which is much more unique. The custom was very simple. I only painted the hat, waist, and upper legs. The head is a placeholder until my Jake Farrel figure arrives.

Recipe:
Head- Jake Farrel
Body- ROC Firefly
Arms- ROC FIrefly
Hands- DG Duke
Legs- 25th Shipwreck
Hat- Pit Commando
MP5- Legion XIV

Swap out the hands and he's perfect. The Marvel D6 was awesome, didn't talk, but kicked lots of butt.

When the new head arrives I will need to paint the neck and head and will sand down the messed up factory paint on the hands and repaint them.

Good build on her, that Scarlett torso is a great choice, wish it was easier to get more.

You said the rifle is a 3D build, where did you get it? Or did you do the print yourself?

If you use a thin tip pen, you can give her an "eyelash" crease. It helps make the eyes look a little more natural.

Kokomo Toys used to have Res Scarletts on eBay at a reasonable price so I snagged one for this custom.

The rifle was a left over 3D model I had from before my O-ring Shooter was going to full production. This one is a printed copy from Shapeways. If I start a new figure at production I am going to add this gun to the mold to have mass produced.

Please put multiple customs posted on the same day in the same thread

Deep Six is also very cool. But yea, he needs different hands.

Is the globed on paint the reason you guys don't like that hands? It will be sanded down and painted was the new head arrives. I chose the hands because they add sleeve cuffs to the figure and have no gloves.

That or paint the hands AS gloves would solve it.

I really dig deep six. The firefly torso and arms work really well.
Not a big fan of the shooter character, but if I was, I would say you nailed her.

Two thoughts on Shooter:
1. Paint on some "makeup" or at least eyelashes
2. Paint the pockets to match the webgear. Maybe paint them silver or gold like some of the ARAH '82 figures?

Really nice figure.

Great stuff here.

Deep Six could definitely use a different noggin, but otherwise he's perfect.

Figure has been revised. Sanded down the hands, painted the neck, and added a new head.
