I missed the night vipers, they were sold out before I got there, but I think they were up briefly. Amazing how fast some of them sell out. Either limited stock or hoarders buying them all. I wonder which it is.

I think it's a little of both. I guess it won't be until the Night Viper wave starts hitting until we see it being easier to get. I hope anyway. I have 1 on the way due to ordering a case, but I want 2 more. Which of course is part of the problem when there are multiple people wanting 3 to 5 or more of any given figure.

Yep, but since wave 4 is just technically just 3 figures, a lot of places have been putting those up when 3.5 is up.

There are some comments on Hisstank about buying 6 of certain figures from HTS. I guess that sells them out pretty quick. I bought 3 Combat Ninjas and that is all I want. 1 to keep unopened, 1 to customize, 1 to either save for my son or maybe display at some point if he doesn't want it. Most of the wave I bought only 1, (Kwinn, CC, Data Viper, SS, RB) I wanted multiples of Duke, Flint, Combat Ninja, and Firefly because I thing they are good base figures for customs and I love those drones. And I passed on Budo, SE, and Crimson Guard. Just wasn't interested.

There are a few of the new figures I want, namely Kwinn, and a few of the older $6.99 ones I didn't get before, but I can't justify $50 to get free shipping.

You have to do a search for G.I. Joe. All of the Retaliation figures don't show up under the Brand category.

I was going back and forth on some figures to get the free shipping and the CGs I wanted sold out before I could check out. And oddly enough I'm okay with that.

You know, I keep going and putting a bunch of stuff in my cart, but change my mind before checking out.

Hasbro has been putting out some really nice stuff lately, but the lack of an "impulse buying" option (in person, in a store) gives me enough time to talk myself out of buying a lot of stuff.

Plus, while free shipping on $50 or more is a fantastic savings, I generally just want a couple figures. When I add shipping costs to them, it makes it cost enough for me to change my mind. When I add enough stuff in to my cart, to qualify for the free shipping, it's still more than I was planning on spending on a whim. So I don't buy.

I've actually saved a lot of money from not buying Joes, not necessarily because I can't find them anywhere, but because I can't find them in person, where the quantity and price are "just right".

But then again, I am a much more casual Joe collector. I don't want everything they make, but when they a cool figure, it makes me want it, on an impulse. Without the opportunity to buy on the same impulse, the desire fades.

I wanted a Jinx, Duke, Data Viper and Night Viper. Oh well. Maybe when they wave 4 (or is it 5) comes they'll get more.
