If you paid by USPS money order, he cashes it without completing his end of the deal, that is mail fraud.

How did you pay?

If by check, I'd alert your bank to see if they can stop payment.

If by paypal, contact your bank about getting the charge voided.

Did a little checking and the address sgt.apon provided lists both him, his wife and another individual living at that location.

awhile back I got added to a Facebook customizing group that I kind of lurk in. It's a small group, but I just noticed that Steven Distler started posting there. Not sure if that matters, but he's at least still hanging around on the periphery of the hobby.

He's also part of the Action Figure Identification group and expressed interest in purchasing some items posted for ID. Whether or not the person with the items reciprocated... I still messaged them with links to numerous Distler feedback threads to warn them of his rep.

Steven Distler's name recently popped up in the "For Kreon Out Loud" Facebook group. Not sure if he's still around or not but thought I'd share the info.

He said he didn't have PayPal..... but he has a EvilBay store??? WTF?? sounds like he was going to Scam someone to me...... :roll:

This dude's back in action on Facebook: I saw a post about a large lot of loose Star Wars figures in one of the SW customizing groups, and I knew I recognized the name. I guess it's theoretically possible that he's turned over a new leaf, but my prediction is that whoever buys that lot will not receive the figures.
