I expected people to comment on it once the newsletter came out.

No one has.... :shifty: Does nobody like him?..... ;-)

Thanks to Loop for doing the artwork once again!

So, here he is.

Code Name: Snowbank.

Pictures of the final painted figure will be in the NEXT JoeCanuck.com Newsletter. ;-)

I like it. The Lamprey helmet is inspired. I can even accept the maple leaf target on his chest cuz it just looks so cool. And the codename is great! I've been trying to come up with good snow Joe codenames and that one works well.

If I didn't hate painting white so much I'd totally do a 25th style version for myself. I may do that anyway, just tweak him a little for my verse.

No, I like it as with all the Canadian figures...I just didn't comment because I never get to go to Canada. =(

But I really like the figure...

Very nice fig, but its hard to get excited about a fig that 95% of us wont be able to get. But great job as usual ;-)

I feel the same way about the Master Collector figures.
Mind you - that's more because of cost than availability.

I really like it & I definitely look forward to adding him to my collection. Very interesting use of the Lamprey head, I don't typically picture it as a non-aquatic piece. Sure hope you got decals though, cause it seems like a [LASER BLAST] to paint all those maple leaves. Those arms show up yet, btw?

I am stumped on the parts for him.

Maverick arms obviously.
Lamprey head.
Techno Viper torso.
Waist ? (Iceberg if I had to guess but the cod piece is throwing me off)
Legs? (Bazooka if I had to guess due to the cargo pockets and the boots)

I'd have commented on him but I just don't know what his deal is.
Is he a vehicle driver? A Star Brigade member? A laser artillery trooper?

He kinda reminds me a Backstop due to the helmet. (No doubt intentional) Is he a Joe?

Is he a Joe???

:rotfl:

Let me ask you this..... How many Cobra figures wear the U.S. flag on them. ;-)

As for what he is - that will come in due time Jay. For now, use your imagination.

I will confirm this - he is NOT Star Brigade.
