Single Pack Question

Does the Single Pack Scarlet have a backpack hole? I know the comic pack version does, but the box set doesn't.
Actually, does SP Destro have a BP hole as well?

the comic pack scarletts I have don't have holes for backpacks.

Yes, later single carded Scarletts are available with the backpack hole, presumably added for the scuba Baroness.

The one I bought last month did have a back pack hole on him, don't know about the comic pk one though as I have only seen one pk in person but didn't buy it.
