So is HTS lying?
I got this email on the 15th saying my order has shipped. According to my HTS account page it is fully shipped but no results for the tracking number. Wait 7 to 10 business days to get your package according to the email. I finally get results from USPS on that tracking number.

Quote:
The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on March 20, 2008 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date.

Huh my HTS email and account told me it was fully shipped. Now 3 to 4 business days later I find out that it hasn't even shipped at all? How am I suppose to meet that 7 to 10 day window. When they wasted 3 to 4 days already?

So i log on to place an order, because I got the email for free ship +10%, and I figure I'll pick up a squad of K troopers, and come to find that there is a limit of one of these figures per customer. I mean, seriously, WTF is that? I didn't even bother.

Congratulations Hasbro, I was going to give you about 70 dollars, but now I'll give you none. I'm not even going to bother looking for these anymore. Got my squad of biker scouts, so that pretty much does it for me for star wars.

I actually like this policy since it means I don't have to be up at 2 in the morning to actually score the newest wave. Also, I think someone on rebelscum says the code works for under $50, try it and see if it works.

I see where you're coming from, but I hate it. It means instead of actually benefitting from the supposed ease of online shopping, wherein I can go online at two in the morning, while I'm not at work, and save gas, time, and frustration, the only way I'm going to get more than a couple of these is by buying them (at a ridiculous markup) from someone who doesn't have a day job, who can stand outside the door at TRU and Target and wait for them to open up, or from someone who works there and sets them aside and not on the shelf, or from an online vendor (again at a ridiculous markup) who gets them straight from Hasbro. I was willing to pay 7 bucks apiece for these. I'm not willing to pay fifteen., which is what they were going for on Ebay last I checked.

And at the risk of sounding completely mercenary, what is it to Hasbro if I buy 6 of them? It isn't slowing down the resellers one bit. I honestly don't believe that they care whether or not the most people get a single one of these; if they do, then they should all be fired and replaced immediately. Their primary concern should be selling as much product as they can as fast as they can in order to provide dividend for their shareholders. Limiting sales is counterproductive to business.

I just checked, had 1 Kashyyyk trooper in my cart, and the 10% plus free shipping code works on it.
