Anybody lost any parts yet?

I somehow have already managed to lose Firefly's mo#%$^F%^$ cell phone. :rant:

I lost Scarlet's crossbow.
Chief hooked me up with a replacement.
Then I found the lost one, mangled under the treadmill.

Did they give Firefly the same cel phone for the 25th Anniversary that the original figure had? If so, I'm not surprised. I feel badly for you, but if ONE ACCESSORY in the ENTIRE HISTORY of G.I.Joe screams "Lost in the rug until the vacuum cleaner finds it", it's probably that. Helmet mikes notwithstanding, of course, and most of those can be corrected with a drop of glue. Heck, I wonder how many of them litter the floors under the machinery at the factories in China.

Only thing I've apparently lost recently was the Astro-Harness to the DCUC Orion figure. I know, big enough so I have no excuse, but I think it went into the trash when I was trying to clear this place out prior to that ^&@%&!%&# apartment "safety inspection".

(Anybody got one they don't want? I really don't want to have to buy a second Orion...)

I can probably help you out down the line, but you may end up with an extra yourself, since the only way to get DCUC Lightray is to buy the two pack with him and Orion (who'll have a removable helmet).

Haven't lost any 25th accs yet, but I'm sure it's just a matter of time. The head to my custom ML Toad is off in the ether somewhere, as are the ML Stan Lee's glasses. The head is big enough that I know it'll turn up when I move, the glasses, I'm not so confident on.

I'm probably wrong about this, but I seem to remember the phone from back then being able to fit inside the backpack under the snap on cover. This new one won't, because of the antenna, and I don't want to cut the antenna, so >Poof<, gone.

Duke's binoculars. Twice. I've been able to find them on the carpet both times...but if it flies out of my hand next time instead of just dropping it and having to crawl all over for twenty minutes, I'm screwed. Then again, it's Duke, so he probably deserves it.

I'm glad I decided to hold out for the comic pack Firefly otherwise I'm sure mine would be lost too by now.

BTW...the comment about calling it made me laugh as well. Then the ALF picture renewed the laughter.

I lost Zartans knife. I was convinced it was vacuumed up at some point, so I went out and bought another Zartan to replace it. Then I miraculously found the knife the carpet. 8-O

I kept the second Zartan because he seems to have less color change paint on his face so he isn't perpetually a sickly green.
