Coming from one of the richest families in northern Europe, Lord Kal Allard has been surrounded by wealth, prestige, and pwoer ever since he was born. His family was rumoured to have had close ties to the former Swedish Royal Family and have always had a strong presenve within the rich and elite, rivaled only by the Destro Clan to whom they have a close friendship with.

Kal Allard comes from a long line of highly respected military tacticians which for the most part was a lot to live up to when he started his career within Cobra. Choosing to keep the title a secret, he soon rose through the rankes showing a remarkable gift for both outsmarting his opponents by calling their bluffs and dealing out the crippling blows to their forces in return. This caught the eye of Seige and he promoted Kal Allard to chief advisor for the Cobra forces patrolling the Cobra/USAmeriCORP border, a hotbed of military activity and a potential warzone.

Within two months of having been given the post, he had cut down Cobra's losses by nearly 70% using strategies that would leave the USAMeriCORP's forces in total chaos usually retreating in them shooting their own troops in the process. Unfortunately, while on the field his face and body was badly disfigured during a suprise attack by USAmeriCORPs forces, even though badly einjured he managed to launch a counter attack turning the tide on his opponents, annihilating his enemies with a ferocity never seen before by the USAmeriCORP's soldiers.

For his bravery in the face of overwhelming odds he was awarded the Cobra medal of honour and was promoted to Chief Military Advisor to Cobra Commander himself. Wearing a mask to hide the horrific scars he endured and using his official title once again, Lord Kall Allard serves Cobra with unfaltering loyalty and is totally ruthless.
