General Helmsley has served Cobra's causes for over twenty years, starting out a lowly viper and working his way up to the level of general in the past five years. Personally leads his Cobra troops into battle, Helmsley gained the nickname "The Iron Klaw" for the razor sharp glove he wears into battle. The General is a master strategist who has won numerous victories for the glory of Cobra.
