Scrap-Heap is a newer member of Cobra, and whose specialty is anti-armor and destroying tanks. Born in the Steel City of Pittsburgh, Scrap-Heap has been in trouble most of his life. Now that he's fighting for Cobra, it's everybody else's life who is in trouble.
